The Opportunity
A decision every person & couple faces.
A framework almost no one has.
Where — and how — to live in the second half of life is one of the most consequential decisions a person will ever make. It touches health, finances, relationships, and identity. And yet most people face it without any real structure: they tour communities, scroll listings, or default to inertia, hoping the right answer will become obvious.
It rarely does. That's where Certified Place Planners come in.
As a Certified Place Planner, you'll be trained and credentialed to facilitate the Place Planning process — a structured, four-part method built on Ryan Frederick's proprietary Four Quadrants of HomeTM framework (Environment, Health, Community, Finance). You'll guide individuals and couples through a series of sessions that turn a vague, often stressful decision into a clear, confident plan.
"Here's Place Planning tools were instrumental in helping us take control of the next chapter in our lives. Practical and accessible concepts for something not easy at all."

Why Place Planning Works
Place Planning isn't advice, and it isn't sales. It's a neutral, facilitated process that helps people reach their own conclusions — which is exactly why it works, and why the people who go through it become such enthusiastic advocates.
