Place Planning: Private Facilitation

This four-session, privately facilitated program is designed for individuals or couples seeking clarity (and, in some cases, urgency) to be in the best place for their current or future chapter. Client(s) walk away with a customized Place Plan.

Sequoia Living's Foundation, Senior Services of Northern California (SSNC), is subsidizing this effort for participants. Place Plans are private and will not be shared with Sequoia Living.
